He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hopper, Dean Pulliam, Lucas Pulliam (Melissa), Denise Trickler (Jason) and Serena LaPonsie (Andrew); his parents, Charles Pulliam and Tellma Pulliam; his grandchildren, Jessica, Killion, Koven, Kurstin, Charles, David, Alexander, Heather, Jaysen, Bradley, Isabel, Ethan and Hailey; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Oliver, Noah and Liliana; his siblings, Linda Nelson (Alan), Samuel Pulliam, Susan Pulliam-Meyers, Debra Bentley (Woodrow) and Sandra Zieba (Chet); and his significant other Nancy Stannard. He is also survived by father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and dear friend.
