He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Kosinski, Mark Adolphson (Jonna) and Nancy Rainwater (Randy); his nieces, Jenny Kosinski (Ryan Huber), Katie Caruana (Mark) and Taylor Adolphson; his nephew Max Adolphson; his grandchildren, Conley Gustafson, Madeline Gustafson, Grant Gustafson and Legesa Gustafson; and also, Ron Gustafson (Juli) and Matt Gustafson (Michelle).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Emmaus Acadamy, 6120 Carlsburg Lane, Rockford, IL 61109.
