He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rushing and Lily Ann Rushing (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Martha Rushing of Cairo; his brother Donald Rushing (Linda) of Wickliffe, KY; his nieces, Sandra Forrester (Rodney) of Wickliffe, KY, Jennifer Chance of Sikeston, MO and Lisa Mullins of Metropolis, IL; and his brother-in-law Paul Page (Joyce) of East Prairie, MO. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
