He is survived by: his wife Chanda Price of Cairo, IL; his children, Chauncey Williams of Marion, IL and Shenetra Price of Cairo, IL; his brother Tommy Price of Seattle Washington; his grandchildren, Ariana, Nigel, Chauncey Jr., Daquan and Lakeya; his great grandchild Lamont Williams; and his friend Marvin Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
