He is survived by: his sister Hazel Shears of Chicago; his children, Michelle Powell of Killeen, Anitra Powell of Lexington, Darryl Powell of Belleville, Rodney Howard (Tammie) of Columbia and Larry Powell of Austin, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tyrell, LaDacia, Khouri, Sariah, KeAndre, Khamron, Kendyl, Syanna, Sarah-Nae, Klayton and Kayla; and his nephew Wayne Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
