He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wiggins and Mattie Burgess; his siblings, Clarence Wiggins, Floyd Wiggins and Mary L. Wiggins; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Griggs and Rose Wiggins.
He is survived by: his aunts, Ollie Lee and Hattie Hunter; his granddaughter Lillie Lewis; his friend JoAnn Nelson-Wiggins; his children, Riko Nelson, Sr. (Sheila), Angee Nelson, Kevin Lowe, Angie Lewis of LaCenter, KY, Carl Lewis of St. Louis, MO, Myra Lowe of Paducah, KY, Tonya Lowe of Cairo, IL, Sonya Taylor (Timothy) of Cairo, IL, Kerwin Lowe (Genea) of Marion, IL and Taleka Wright of Belleville, IL.; and his siblings, Alvin Wiggins of Cairo, IL, Joe Griggs (Polly) of Cairo, IL, Gloria M. Wiggins of Cairo, IL, Faye Smith (Don) of Atlanta, GA, Carolyn and Jones of Rockledge, FL. He is also survived by siblings and then later his children and grandchildren.
