She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lowe of Rockport, Kerwin Lowe (Genea) of Marion, Kalin Lowe of Cairo, Illinois, Myra Lowe of Paducah, Tonya Lowe and Sonya Taylor (Timothy) of Cairo, Illinois; her siblings, Melvin Lowe, Jr. (Subrena) of Hazelton, PA., Willie Lowe (Doris) of Cairo, Lee Nichols of Chattanooga, TN. and Ruth Lowe of Chattanooga, TN.; her nieces, Kim Lowe of Cairo, Beverly Davis of Anna, Illinois and Kourmond Wiggins of Decatur, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Kay Frances Lowe of Decatur and Raymond Lattimore of Chattanooga, TN.. She is also survived by grandchildren and (11) great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
