He is survived by: his children, Charles Butler of Florida, Michael Garrett (Jennifer) of Cobden, IL, Carlos Garrett of Carbondale, IL. and Anita Thomas of Cairo, IL.; and his siblings, John Garrett of Cape Girardeau, MO., Ronald Garrett of Cairo, IL., Joseph Garrtett (Martha) of Mound City, IL., David Garrett of Cape Girardeau, MO., Arnetta Williams of Cairo, IL., Lucille Howard (Joe) of Decatur, IL and Christine Box of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grand children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
