She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Levi Garrett, Sr. and Mary Allen Garret; her husband Gene Williams Sr.; her siblings, Levi Garrett, Jr., Morris Garrett, James Garrett, David Garrett, Charles Lee and Lucille Howard; her children, Leotis, Genie Williams, LaHoma "Lynn" Williams, Katherine and Climmie; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Aja Williams and Samylah Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvester Williams, LaVelle Williams (Hylida), Ricky Williams, Anthony "Tony" Garrett, Darrell Williams, Gary Williams (Kathy), Eugene Hayes, Contina "Tina" Williams Scott, Reola Clayton, Sharon Williams, Debra K. Johnson, Vernetta Reed (Dave), Rosita Williams, Ramona Kee, Vonda Irish (Delbert), Diane Kee, Angela Kee and Regina Guerin (Theo); her siblings, John Garrett of Cape Girardeau, MO., Ronald Garrett of Cairo, IL., Joseph Garrett (Martha) of Mound City, IL. and Christine Box of Decatur, IL; and her grandson Turtle. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
