It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Tims Duncan (Cairo, Illinois), who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Duncan-Jenkins; and his grandparents, Gabe, Odell Duncan, Lavoy and Nancy Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Purdiman of Cairo; his father Thomas B. Jenkins of Bardwell; his children, Harmonei, Courtnei Duncan and Anthony Duncan, Jr.; his siblings, Keeshia Carr (Jerome), Joshua Duncan (Casey), Melvin Duncan (Gita) and Leonard Duncan; and his aunts and uncles, Lorenzo Duncan, Clifton Avant, David Avant, Jerome Jenkins, Floretta Simelton, Etta Duncan, Betty Duncan, Pamela Edwards, Patricia Young, Mary Yanker, Ester Townsend, Celestine Emerson and Alberta White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, seven great nieces and nephews and many many friends.
