He is survived by: his wife Maxine Smith; his sons, Gary Smith (Ginger) of Barnhart, MO and Marty Smith (Barb) of St. Jacob, IL; his daughter-in-law Kelly Eckelkamp of Washington, MO; and his grandchildren, Kristi House (Jim), Jeff Smith (Sonya), Drew Smith, Brent Smith (Jessica), Tate Montgomery-Smith (Kayla) and Jackson Montgomery-Smith. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
