She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie. She is survived by: her siblings, Wendell Harrison Holmes (Lynne), Eleanor Harris, Maretta Holmes and Lenore; her nieces and nephews, Rodney Holmes (Ayanna), Dr. Deadre Holmes, Ronald Holmes (Rebecca), Lamontetia Annette Holmes-Clay, Dorian Holmes (Lena), Tiffany Holmes, Alaina Holmes and Anthony Dennie (Deidra); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathan, Joshua, Alecia, Ronald, Chris, Chrissy, Dorian, Katy, Joey, Nia, Sean and Avery.
Bonnie did not have any children, but she was instrumental in making sure that her nieces and nephews had the foundation needed to succeed in life.
