She was predeceased by: her parent Fay Clark Hollingshad; her daughter Karen Dohack; and her siblings, Anna Fay Forbar and Duff Hollingshad. She is survived by: her parent Glendal Geraldine Duff Hollingshad; her children, Sharon Parker of St. Peters, MO and Clark Maddox (Violet) of East Carondelet, IL; her son-in-law Dwight Dohack of Festus, MO; her brother Jim Hollingshad (Sheila) of Malden, MO; and also, Aunt and Mary Rapert of Blytheville, AR. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
