He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth"; his daughter Madelaine Evans; his siblings, David Chadduck, Charlyne Goin and Karen Stillman (Allen); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Kutheis (Paul) and Michael Francis (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Ray Goin, Dennis Stillman, Sarah Collins (Nick), Christian Collins, Anderson Collins, Steven Chadduck, Jason Chadduck, Jason Francis, Damon Bryant, Jackson Bryant, Katie Veliz (Danny), Lola Veliz, Olivia Veliz and Ellie Veliz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many wondrous friends.
