With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Hammond of Cahokia, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Hammond; his siblings, William Hammond, Susan Shipp (Stan), Vicki Touchette (Al), Jon Hammond (Penny), Cheri Gray (Dewey), Patti Rousan, Tina Robinson (Alan) and Tonya Cradic (Harold); and his brother-in-law Glendal "Pete" Forgy. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; & cousins.
Michael is preceded in death by his father Jesse Hammond; & brothers Theodore Hammond and Jesse Hammond; sister Mary Louise Forgy As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Helping Strays of Monroe County.
