He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Carole. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, Kristine Kurtti, Melissa McGinnis-Russo and Scott McGinnis; and his stepchildren, Nick, Neil Hendrix, B. J., Brittany Kuni, Amber Kuni and Trish Causey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, along with many other nieces, nephews, family and close friends.
