She is survived by: her children, Steven Biby of Sullivan, MO, Diana Foster (Gary) of Salem, MO, Patty Oldani (Scott) of St. Louis, MO, Carter Foster and Noah Foster; and her siblings, Melva Spurgeon of Topeka, KS and Rick Licklider (Penny) of Cahokia, IL.
