He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blaylock; his children, Lavant Blaylock Jr. Sophia Blaylock, Darlene Blaylock (Ezell Spencer), Derwin Blaylock, Deborah Wright, Cherie Moore, Danjovan Smith, Darvon Blaylock and Darius Blaylock (Robyn); and his siblings, Hethalene Heavens, Carolyn Ducksworth, Emma Jean Cotton, Norman Blaylock (Bobbi), James Blaylock and Marvin Blaylock. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews, cousins, and friends.
