It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Cassady of Cahokia, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Lillian) and Burke; and her daughter Heather Cassady. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa McFadin (Gary) of Waterloo, IL; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth McFadin of Waterloo, IL and Meghan Enskat (Mark).
