She is survived by: her children, Cierra Prater (Dominic) of Belleville, IL and Larry Prater Jr. (Jaleesa) of Belleville, IL; her siblings, Phyllis Whiteside-Golden of Las Vegas, NV, Sheila Moore of Belleville, IL, Shaniece Smith of Belleville, IL, Leonard Whiteside of Belleville, IL and Leonard James Smith of East St; her grandchildren, Darwin Hudson III, Julian Prater, Dorian Moore, Jr., Dream Haynes, Justice Prater, Aurea Prater and Denim Liddell (Jariyah); and her close friend Paige Mosley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Serenity Memorial Chapel - Cahokia (3701 Falling Springs Rd, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
