With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian W. McCluskey of Cahokia, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Kathleen "Katyie". He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" MeCluskey; his siblings, Mike McCluskey (Maggie) of Germany and Patricia Rose Borowy of Belleville, IL; and his sister-in-law Ann Oldham (Charles) of Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
