He is survived by: his wife Marcella M. Dixon; his children, Joe Thompson (Annie) of Troy, IL, Becky Bailey of Troy, IL, Ray Dixon, Betty Lee (Rick) of Worden, IL and Jeannie Edward (Ron) of Belleville, IL; and his sisters, Joann Beckner and Linda Evans. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
