He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Raines and Fannie Raines; and his brothers, Steve and Larry Raines. He is survived by: his wife Terry Raines; his children, Brian Raines (Jane) of Arnold, MO, Carla Sutton (Bennie) of Arnold, MO and Kevin Raines of Cahokia, IL; his sister Cheryl Sethaler (Kevin) of North Carolina; his sister-in-law Freda Raines of California; and his grandchildren, Aubree, Hudson, Logan and Charlie.
