It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Brown of Byron, Illinois, born in Menominee, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Brown and Beatrice Brown (Johnson); and his sister Janet Mushynski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gambrel of Byron; his children, Christine Lazar (Wes) of Wausau and Michael Brown (Angi) of Algonquin, IL; his siblings, Nancy Weber, Sally Herson, Jim Brown (Rosemary), John Brown (Diane) and Tom Brown (Sue); and his grandchildren, Jaden, Jenna Brown and Schyler Lazar.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a private graveside service will be held at the Byron Cemetery with the Rev. David Rogula Chaplin of the Serenity Hospice and Home officiating.
A memorial fund will be established for the Parkinson's Foundation and the Serenity Hospice and Home.
