He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Heater and Emma Heater (Drury); and his son-in-law Russell Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Murphy of Byron; his daughters, Cheryl Heater of Crest Hill and Cathy Williams of Byron; his grandsons, Justin Williams (Janelle) of Naperville and Jamie Williams (Shannon) of Leaf River; his great grandchildren, Owen and Paityn Williams; and his sister-in-law Patricia Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are established for Serenity Hospice & Home.
