With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian F. Houpt of Byron, Illinois, born in Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Griswold and Mamie Griswold (Engelkes); her grandsons, Keven Messer and Steven Messer; and her sister Leonna Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Messer (Richard) of Byron; her grandson Ron Messer (Paul Williams) of Costa Mesa, CA; her granddaughter-in-law Brandie Messer of Stillman Valley; and her great grandchildren, Brett Messer of Stillman Valley and Devan Messer (Seth Kuss) of Stillman Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Vivian's name may be made to Village of Progress, Oregon.
