He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hicok (Bill) of Lakeside, CA and Michael Fry of Byron; his sister Connie Mudd (Dennis) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Nicole Hicok and Joshua Hicok; his niece Stephanie Mudd; and his nephews, Charles Mudd, Sam Fry and Dan Fry.
