He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rapp and Carol Rapp (Nelson); his son Richard Rapp; and his siblings, Tom, Mike Rapp and Pat Scadden.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Rapp of Byron; his children, Russell Rapp of Byron and Barbara Arnold (Aaron) of Byron; his granddaughter Brittni Arnold of Byron; and his siblings, Rodney Rapp of Leaf River, Nancy Hillman of Rockford and Mary Swanson of Leaf River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
