She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Olmstead and Margaret Olmstead (Flynn); her brother Merle Olmstead; and her stepson Scott Pedersen. She is survived by: her husband Edwin "Bud" Fransen; her children, Traci Miles, Dana McIntosh, Derek Fransen (Sarah) and Del Fransen; her grandchildren, Jaylen, Isaiah, Jacob, Danielle, Brooke, Reana, McCoy and Lily; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Jace and Jaksyn; and her close friends, LaVon, Carol, Marlys and Dori.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Roxie's name to the Fransen family to be established later.
