She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Cantwell and Millie Cantwell (Robins); and her husband Lloyd Myatt. She is survived by: her siblings, Ray Cantwell (Sally) of Rockford, Patricia Bastian (Gaylen) of Rockford, Branda Mehlbaum of Rockford and Danny Cantwell (Deidria) of Rockton; and her stepson Steven Myatt of Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's research hospital in Pamela's name.
