With solemn reverence, we commemorate Maxine L. Parmentier of Byron, Illinois, whose life came to an end on February 23, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wackerla and Ethel Wackerla (Carter); her brother Jack Wackerla; her son-in-law Bill Tubbs; and her grandchildren, Michael Tubbs and Michelle Tubbs.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Parmentier; her children, Susan Tubbs, Paul Parmentier Jr. and Peggy Parmentier Wierschke (Glen); her grandchildren, Mandy Tubbs Imel (Court), Jenny Parmentier Thompson (Terry), David Parmentier (Maria), Heather Wierschke Lapinski (John) and Erin Wierschke; and her great grandchildren, Camryn Harper Gallardo (Adam), Savana, Drew Harper, Hope Imel, Ethan, Vera Cora and Levi Lapinski.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home - Byron (506 W Merchant St, Byron, IL 61010). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Byron Township Cemetery (405 E 5th St, Byron, IL 61010).
