With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mable May Ashelford of Byron, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bluford Ray and Blanche Ray (Bialek); her sister Jean Betty Ray; her son William Ray Ashelford; her husband Bill; her parents-in-law, Walter and Agnes Ashelford; and her niece June Bernadine Henry.
She is survived by: her nephews, Gordon Henry, Joe and Duane Russian. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
A memorial fund is established for the United Church of Byron or the Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon.
