He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stivers and Gladys Stivers (Stokes); his son Tim Stivers (Sheila); his son-in-law Jeff Wallace; his granddaughter Brittany Wallace; and his siblings, Correne Virginia Stivers, Darrel Stivers (Ginny), Perry Stivers and Ron Stivers.
He is survived by: his wife Karla D. Stivers (Wick); his children, Michael Stivers, Tom Stivers (Shelly), Melissa Sims (Robby) and Troy Stivers; his daughters-in-law, Leanna and Patty Stivers; his grandchildren, Jamie (Josh), TJ (Amanda), Adam (Amanda), Aaron (Autumn), Nathan, Haelie, Zach (Mikki), Jacob, Lizza, Tanner, Ryan, Brandon, Breanna, Kayla and Tyler; and his brothers, Maynard Stivers (Lorene), Jerry Stivers (late Sue) and Nick Stivers (Sabina). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
