With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian O. McNames of Byron, Illinois, born in Bluford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Redburn and Nancy Redburn (Carroll); her husband Duane McNames of Byron; her brother Oscar Redburn; and her half-brother Emery Staley.
She is survived by: her children, Doug McNames, Marge Wingert (Gary) of Oregon, IL, Pat Ray (David) of Andersonville, TN, Linda Bailey of Spring Hill, TN and Alan McNames (Marie) of Byron; her grandchildren, Rachel Gilbert, ReAnna McNames, Brandon McNames, Loren McNames, Megan McNames and Cailin Bailey; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Rhodes and Mary Jane McNames. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
