Woolbright; her siblings, Kenneth Blanchard, Spencer Jr. Blanchard, Herbert Blanchard, Robert Blanchard, Gerald Blanchard (Jerry), Shirley Blanchard, Frances Blanchard Buird, Mable Blanchard Johnson, Wanda Blanchard Holeton, Ellen Blanchard Crabb Karstunen and Cheryl "Jean" Blanchard Mattingley; her siblings-in-law, Joyce LaRue Blanchard, Sue Blanchard and Bernard P. Buird; her nieces and nephews, Leah Jones Howe, Dawn Johnson Jones Baker, Teresa K. Blanchard, Dean Lewis Crabb, Robert Blanchard and Spencer Craig Blanchard; and her great-nephews, Dale Ritchard Buird, Shawn Michael Buird and Jamison Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Appleby (Steve) of Walton, KY, Lisa Bauer and Leigh Woolbright (Steve Shepard); her granddaughter Heather Appleby Colyer; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Brady, Braxton Colyer, Annie, Tobias Jensen and Aleah Savitsky; and her siblings, Charles Blanchard and Marjorie Todd (Al).
A memorial fund is established in Leta's name and may be directed to her family.
