He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Gouker and Lea Rose LaFleur Samples (Gouker). He is survived by: his children, Joel Aaron and Anna Patrice; his siblings, Michael Gouker of Phoenix, AZ and Victoria Davis of Streamwood, IL; his nieces, Tanya Davis of Carol Stream, IL, Heather Draper (Stuart) of Phoenix, AZ and Meghan Hieger (Jason) of Phoenix, AZ; and his significant other Heidi Swanson of Batavia, IL. He is also survived by two great nieces, a great nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins and loving community friends.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund is established for Dark Horse Lodge, 1951 Swor Road, Springville, TN 38256, a retreat center for Verteran's.
