He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kultgen and Ann Kultgen (Weyker); and his brothers, Alfred Kultgen and Leander Kultgen. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Branson; his wife Pam Kultgen of Byron; his sons, John Kultgen II (Jan) of Byron and Jason Kultgen (Gina) of Byron; his stepdaughters, Tammy Fox (Chuck) of Madison, WI and Barb Schroeder (Joe) of Bourbonnais; his grandchildren, Olivia, Allison, Rachel, Grace, Ava, Lucy, Adam, Megan, Rob, Andy and Kristen; and his siblings, Henry Kultgen (Judy) of Fredonia, WI, Paul Kultgen (Bev) of Random Lake, WI and Mary Schommer of Fredonia, WI.. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
