She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Gauerke; and her siblings, Patricia Tomaszewski, Colleen Sawicki and Timothy Heins. She is survived by: her children, Keith, Kathy and Kevin Kostuchowski; her grandchild Kirstin Amburg; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Ethan Amburg; and her sisters, Maureen Tosto, Sheila Hogan and Mary Ellen Heins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
