She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Duane C. Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Bill Folz and Pat Folz of Rockford; her wife Jess Smith of Byron; her children, Ellis Folz-Smith and Kaia Folz-Smith; her brother Bryan Folz (Melissa) of Arlington, WI; her mother-in-law Nancy Smith of Bridgeview; and her brother-in-law Duane D. Smith (Kelsey) of Evergreen Park. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home - Byron (506 W Merchant St, Byron, IL 61010). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
