In the sacred silence of farewell, Helen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Helen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her sister Clara "Toots" Wahl; and her son Harold Paul Lalley. She is survived by: her husband Bob of Byron; her children, John Lalley (Daniel Rodriguez) of Elgin and Jane Mursewick (Lalley) of Elgin; her grandchildren, Christopher Lalley (Casey) of Escondido, CA., Daniel Mursewick of Elgin, Matthew Mursewick of South Carolina and Morgan Mursewick of Elgin; and her great grandchild Desmond Lalley.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the United Church of Byron (701 W 2nd St, Byron, IL 61010).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The United Church of Byron or Tails Humane Society.
