He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Hilliard and Jessie Hilliard (Powless); his brother Larry Hilliard (Phyllis); and his son Randy Hilliard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Endres of Byron; his children, Dean Hilliard of Byron, Lisa Kirkland (Roger) of Rockford and Jason Hilliard (Aarica McCammond) of Winnebago; his sisters, Maryann Arn (Bob) of Byron and Deanne Munhollon (Rick) of Byron; his grandchildren, Jessica Bacher (Jeff), Tim Hilliard (Mindy), Maribeth Hilliard, Abigail Hilliard, Kayla Hilliard and Taylor Hilliard; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Kaylee, Claira, Cameron and Heidi.
A memorial fund is established in Harold's name.
