He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his sister Maureen; his children, Dennis Mullally, Linda Miles (Ken), David Mullally, Carol Parquette (Jim) and Joanne Pell (Tim); his stepdaughter Renee Holeman; his daughter-in-law Limor Holeman; his grandchildren, Jennifer Parquette (Matt), Christopher James (Christy), Danny Miles, Matt James and Meaghann Mullally; his children, Chris Mullally, Nancy Jo Menich (Zacharia), Edward Scharlow (Courtney), Tom Scharlow, Eva Holeman, Ethan Holeman, Ian Holeman and Avir Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Parquette, Genevieve Parquette, Ryder James and Maggie Sanchez.
