He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ron, Eugene, Linda and Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Florence "PeeNee" Goodwin-Allen; his children, Shelley Stodder (Chuck), Frank Allen (Jennifer), Craig Goodwin (Tracy) and Jody Pagles (Randy); and his siblings, Norman, Elaine, Jeannette, Mary, Thelma and Paul. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
