He is survived by: his parents, Harrison Manering and Crystal Manering; his daughter Nicole Manering; his stepchildren, Justin, Nathan Klapp and Amanda Swanson; and his grandchildren, Mya of Byron, Miley of Byron and Dawson Scheidecker of Byron.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private celebration of David's life will be held at a later date.
