He was predeceased by: his parents, Merryll Mooberry and Darlene Mooberry (Muselman). He is survived by: his daughters, Rachelle Lo (Ben), Sharri Moses (Jay), Meghan Landi (Joe) and Jenna Kiernan (John); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Emmie, Henri, Joly, Benen, Ianthe, Archer, Halie, Connor, Logan, Rylea, Olivia and Charlotte; and his sister Marilyn Sears (Phil). He is also survived by two nephews and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity or the Rockford Rescue Mission.
