He is survived by: his children, Jeannie Revell (Jack) of Davis, Illinois and Jerry McCullough (Kathryn) of Rockton; his grandchildren, Hannah and Connor; his daughter Joyce Gregg (Geoff) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Ryan (Brian) and James; his son Jeff McCullough (Kim) of Roscoe, IL; his grandchildren, Derek (Shannon) and Allison (Zach); and his stepchildren, Ronald Musselman of Durand, IL and Rita Monger of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
