She was predeceased by: her father James Floyd. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Louise Mans (Nelson) of Morgan, MN; her former husband Gregory John Kuczek; her husband Greg Kuczek of Byron, IL; her daughters, Laura Tenney (Stephen) of Overland Park, KS and Sarah Kuczek of Duluth, GA; her brothers, Lyle Mans (Pattie) of North Mankato, MN and Jon Mans (Beth) of Traverse, MN; and her stepbrother Greg Mathiowetz (Lisa) of Cody, WY. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established for Crossroads Community Church Winnebago Campus and Serenity Hospice and Home, 1658 S. Illinois Route 2, Oregon, IL 61061.
