He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rhoads and Joan Rhoads (Stehl); his former wife Sue Ellen Draughan; and his brothers, Marion and John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mendy Sowers (Aron) of Colchester, IL and Terri Mason (Joshua) of Seaton, IL; his stepchildren, Tiffany Hall (Ty Cowin) of Ipava, IL and Christopher Hall of Bushnell; and his siblings, Carl Rhoads of Bushnell, Roger (Debbie), Gary Rhoads (Kerry) of Macomb, IL, Kathy Foster of Beardstown, IL. and Marty. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
