She is survived by: her husband Orville "Dean" Coates; her sons, Brad Coates (Laura) of Bushnell, IL, Brent Coates (Teresa) of Bushnell, IL and Jeff Coates (Karmen) of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Brandon Coates (Ellen), Kelsey Kelso (Kyle), Tristen Coates, Rob Brooks (Kiley) and Alex Brooks; and her siblings, Ron Zuck (Jane) of Tucson, AZ and Carolyn Carr (Bernard) of Bushnell, IL..
