It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Mae Ford of Bushnell, Illinois, born in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bearce and Florentine Bearce (Lubinski); her sister Deborah Bearce; her grandson Jimme Sipes; her son-in-law Jim Sipes; and her siblings, William K. Bearce, Jr., Robert Bearce, Frank Bearce, Betty Rhodes, Patti Johnson and Josephine Ulm.
She is survived by: her children, Diane M. Sipes of Bushnell, IL, Tina J. Farquhar (Dave) of Good Hope, IL, Russell W. Ford (Teresa) of Macomb, IL and Julie A. Ford of Bushnell; her siblings, Dorothy Wright, Barbara Gardner, John Bearce, Richard Bearce, Richanda Peters, Maggie Hillary and Rita Hall; and her pets, Gracie and Charlie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the McDonough County Humane Society.
